Hawaiian Quilts are visually amazing and look complex but are very easy to make. In this one (1) day class you will gain hands-on experience cutting out a Hawaiian block, basting it, and learning needleturn applique'. Even though we work on a block in class you will leave knowing what you need to applique' a large Hawaiian Quilt. Your pattern is included in the class fee and will be available the day of class. All skill levels welcome - No machines needed! Dana will have Pattern Transfer Paper available for sale during class and additional Pacific Rim Quilt Patterns. This is a good introduction to the 2 Fabric Applique process, as well as needle turn applique. All skill levels welcome. No machines necessary. Need some help and encouragement to finish your RMB workshop project with the help of fellow attendees, or just come and visit with us? This is not a "teaching/how to", but an opportunity to finish your project amongst wonderful fellow women. Pre-requisite: Must have attended prior four (4) day RMB Workshop.

Beginning Wool Applique Class 101

Curious about wool applique? Want to know how to get started? Join us and get the basics of setting your project up and the five basic stitches that are required in all wool projects. You will go away with a handy little pin cushion. This class is a pre-requisite to Beginning Wool 102. Day of class you will receive 10% off any additional purchases of wool, wool kits, or wool patterns. The 10% discount does not apply to the class fee or the kit for the class. NOTE: This is an all day class, so please bring a lunch or snack. We will supply the coffee/tea/water. Please read the Class Policies prior to signing up for class.

Japanese Sashiko Quilting - 101

Konnechiwa - Hello - Come join our Instructor Leslie in this all-day class as she teaches you the history and art form of Japanese Sashiko quilting. You will create your own Sashiko sampler. NOTE: This is an all-day class so come prepared with a sack lunch or snack to energize you throughout the day. We will provide the coffee, tea, and bottled water.
